Q: Do you offer design services?
A: We support design service, custom shapes, colors, sizes, and finishes including glossy or matte surfaces.
Artwork Format：AI, PDF,CDR, PSD, JPG file. Color：White, Black, Silver, Gold & Pantone Code.
Our technicians will provide product recommendations based on the information you supply, including product dimension drawings, production processes, expected product outcomes, and lead times.
For badges and keychains that require the creation of new molds, we produce 3D renderings and send them to the client for approval before starting production.
Q: What's production time?
A: Letter and Logo sign: 7-9 days, Light box: 500pcs, 15 days; 1000pcs 20days less than 1000pcs.
Neon sign: 4-5 days, ABS Badges: 5000pcs, 25-30days, 10000pcs, 35-40 days. Metal stickers: 7-9 days.
These are estimated production lead times; the actual time required may vary based on product dimensions, order quantity, and our current production workload. Please feel free to contact us for specific lead time information.
Q: Do you offer sample before place an order?
A: For badges and keychains that require the creation of a new mold, we offer a sampling process prior to mass production. Typically, you would cover the mold costs and the shipping fees for the samples. Our technicians will create a 3D design for your approval; once confirmed, we will proceed with producing the new mold and the samples. Upon completion, the samples will be sent to you for your inspection and final approval.
Q: Do you have price list?
A: All of our products are customized, so we don’t have price list. We will quote based on your design or drawing, similar product photo, quantity. It will be great if you can send us vector file.
Q: Are your LED signs suitable for outdoors?
A: Yes, all our acrylic letters and metal luminous letters come with the trusted CE certificated and are suitable for wet locations. And all of our metal letters use UL certificated led lights. All letters are waterproof.
Q: What's the voltage for LED sign? Do you have CE/UL certificate?
A: We have 12V and 24V 2 different led, but normally we use 12V.
All our led and transformer are CE/UL certificated. We can also produce sign based on UL standard.
Q: What is your warranty?
A: We provide 1 year warranty for all letters, logos, light box, and LED is 2 years, but the span life is over 3 years. Plastic badges, keychain and sticker are 3 years or more.
Q: What's the Installation Method?
A: We will supply you the install guide, screw, 1:1 template with advertising sign together. When you get the sign, you can follow the guide to install step by step.
For the badge and stickers, simply clean the surface where you intend to apply them, peel off the protective film from the adhesive backing, and press them firmly into place. Keep the area free from water for 48 hours; once this time has passed, the product will be waterproof and will not fall off.
